After many years of planning and designing we have finally released our first modular land model deigns. Rising housing costs, supply chain issues, increasing price of construction materials, and labor shortages is what has motivated us at Modern Struktures to create our newest Modular Land Models . We are developing Tiny House alternatives that optimizes space, reduce waste in efforts to preserve our planet’s resources. The models are easy to transport and help bring a viable solution for additional housing.
